I never, ever planned on making a Squall site.

I wrote those words on the site page, as I was finishing up the content, but it's now two years later and I can still hardly believe I have a site for Squall. I'm the kind of person who decides which sites she's going to make months and even years in advance. I don't do spur-of-the-moment sites.

And I definitely don't make sites for characters who aren't even my favorite character in a game. I mean, Laguna is my favorite FFVIII character. Why would I make a site for Squall?

Except here we are.

In many ways, I think the fact that this site was never planned is the best thing about it. This site was the first I made after a very long hiatus, and it marked my return to the hobby. The site itself is totally unlike anything I had ever made before, and still stands out as unique among my sites. And all because I had a lot to say about this jerk.

I really recommend reading through this site in order, as it's presented as a linear narrative. Start at the beginning and work your way through. That said, I do have a few favorite pages:
